Decadent Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 egg yolks, well beaten
2 c. sugar
1 c. browned bread crumbs
3/4 c. uncooked regular Cream of Wheat
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped walnuts
6 egg whites, beaten stiffly
2 to 4 c. whipped cream
chocolate and butterscotch toppings
Preparation

Beat egg yolks and sugar.
Add bread crumbs, Cream of Wheat, baking powder and nuts.
Mix well.
Fold in egg whites.
Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Cool and break the cake into chunks.
Mound layers with whipped cream in between and on top, forming in the shape of a mountain.
Dribble toppings over top.
May garnish with cherries or strawberries.
