Hawaiian Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large Red Delicious apples
    1 can pineapple chunks, drained
    3/4 c. salted party peanuts
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Core apples and cut into chunks, leaving the peeling on.
    Add pineapple chunks and 1 tablespoon mayonnaise.
    Set in refrigerator until ready to serve.
    Add peanuts and stir to mix.
    (Peanuts will become soggy after a few hours.)
