Best Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    2/3 c. (1 small can) evaporated milk
    2 1/4 c. confectioners sugar
    3 sq. Baker's chocolate
Preparation
    Melt margarine in the top of a double boiler.
    Mix in confectioners sugar once margarine is melted.
    Add evaporated milk; blend until all lumps are gone.
    Drop the squares of chocolate into the pan; cover and cook over simmering water for 30 minutes.
    Do not stir until the 30 minutes is up.
    Remove from heat; mix with wire whisk or fork until smooth.
    May be refrigerated and reheated.
