Barb'S Spinach Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            2 bags spinach
 
2 c. water chestnuts, sliced
1 can bean sprouts (optional)
4 hard-cooked eggs
8 to 10 bacon strips, fried and drained
mushrooms
Preparation
- 
                            Place greens in a bowl; add chestnuts and bean sprouts.
 
Top with bacon that has been crumbled and eggs.
Eggs should be halved or quartered.
