Company Breakfast Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices white bread, broken in small pieces
    1 1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of black pepper
Preparation
    Break the bread into small pieces.
    Spread on bottom of greased baking dish, 13 x 9 x 2-inch.
    Brown sausage in skillet. Pour off grease. Spread over bread.
    Spread grated Cheddar on top of sausage.
    Beat eggs with milk. Add dry ingredients to egg mixture.
    Pour over all.
    Can be prepared the night before and refrigerated.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes. Serve with black bread and butter.
    Serves 6 to 8.
