Iced Lemon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. gelatin and 1 Tbsp. cold water (soften gelatin in cold water)
1/2 c. hot water
1/2 tsp. liquid sugar-free sweetener
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 egg white
Preparation

Mix together hot water, sweetener and lemon juice.
Heat. Dissolve gelatin in hot water mixture.
Chill until set.
Beat egg white until stiff peaks form.
Fold in whipped gelatin mixture. Serve in 4 sherbet glasses.
Yield:
2 servings.
Carbohydrate 1.3 g, protein .4 g, fat 0 g, calories 20.
