Becky'S Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 loaf Velveeta
    1 chicken
    tortilla chips
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 can Ro-Tel
    onion
    1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Boil chicken and put in refrigerator to cool while melting cheese.
    In double boiler, melt Velveeta with small amount of milk. Add Ro-Tel.
    In baking dish, grease and put chips in heavy layer. Then layer chicken.
    In large bowl, add cheese sauce, cream of chicken soup, onion and 1/2 cup milk.
    Mix all until smooth.
    Pour all over chips and chicken.
    Put shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack over all.
