Belgian Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, separated
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. sifted self-rising flour
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks.
    Add vanilla and butter.
    Add flour and milk. Beat well.
    Beat egg whites stiff and fold them into the batter. Cook in waffle iron.
    You can also make pancakes on a griddle.
