Grandma'S Gelatin Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. boiling water, divided
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
2 c. ice cubes, divided
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drain liquid and reserve
2 c. miniature marshmallows
3 large bananas, sliced
1/2 c. finely shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of boiling water and lemon gelatin.
Add 1 cup ice cubes; stir until melted, then add drained pineapple.
Pour into 13 x 9 x 2-inch glass baking pan; refrigerate until set.
Repeat with orange gelatin, remaining water and ice cubes; stir in marshmallows.
Pour over lemon layer, then refrigerate until set.
