Stir-Fry Snow Peas And Pork - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pork tenderloin, cut into 1/4-inch thick slices
4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 c. celery, sliced diagonally
2 c. onion, sliced diagonally
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained
1/2 lb. fresh snow peas, strings removed
2 red peppers, sliced
1 fresh ginger root, sliced
1/4 c. sherry
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation

In a wok set to highest temperature, pour oil.
Add pork and stir-fry 2 minutes or until pork is no longer pink.
Add celery, onion, mushrooms, water chestnuts, snow peas, red peppers and ginger root.
Cook over heat for 3 minutes.
Remove to a warm bowl.
