Katie'S Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. wild rice
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can mushroom pieces
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Prepare wild rice to package directions.
    Brown sausage and drain; add onion, green pepper and celery.
    Add soups, cheese, mushroom pieces and rice.
    Mix well.
    Place in baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
