Homemade Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. ice water
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    7 c. plain flour
Preparation
    Cream lightly shortening, sugar and salt.
    Pour boiling water over.
    Add cold water.
    Dissolve yeast in a little warm water. Add well beaten eggs and yeast, then add flour and mix thoroughly. Butter a large bowl.
    Put dough in it.
    Set in refrigerator overnight.
    Roll out and cut in small pieces.
    Cut pieces like pie pieces.
    Roll up starting from large end, finishing up with small end.
    Roll and make 2 hours before cooking.
    Bake in 425\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
    Melt butter and spread over rolls when done.
