Sour Cream Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
dash of salt
1 c. milk
3 egg yolks
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. lemon peel
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Combine sugar, salt and cornstarch.
Slowly stir in milk. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens.
Blend small amount into 3 slightly beaten egg yolks.
Return to hot mixture. Cook and stir until thick.
Add 2 tablespoons butter, lemon peel and lemon juice.
Cover and cool.
Fold in 1 cup sour cream and top with no-fail meringue.
