Cabbage And Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small cabbage head
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 can tomato paste
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Chop cabbage into small pieces.
Spread in bottom of casserole.
Brown onion and meat and stir in rice, salt and pepper.
Add tomato paste and water.
Pour over cabbage.
Cover with foil and bake 1 1/2 hours.
Take foil off.
Top with cheese and put back in oven only long enough to melt cheese.
