Yoriko'S Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cubed apples
3 eggs
1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. soda
1 c. raisins or chopped dates
1/2 to 1 c. nuts
1/2 c. canned pineapple
Preparation

Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl.
Pour into a greased and floured 8 x 11-inch baking pan.
Bake for 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Good for breakfast or dessert.
Best served warm with vanilla ice cream.
