Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (17 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 (16 oz) can French-style green beans, drained
    1 (17 oz) can small early peas, drained
    1 (4 oz) jar pimiento, diced
    1 carrot, grated
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 cucumber, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 cup vinegar
    1 cup sugar
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine all vegetables, mixing well. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well, and pour over vegetables. Chill 24 hours. Drain before serving. 10-12 servings.
