Apple Crumble Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium apples
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. lemon peel
    1 unbaked pie shell
    1 recipe crumble topping
Preparation
    Slice apples
    to make 5 cups.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice.
    Mix together sugar, flour and lemon peel.
    Stir in apples.
    Spoon into pie shell.
    Sprinkle with topping and bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
