Mini Beef Loaves - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 c.)
1 small green pepper, chopped (about 1/2 c.)
3/4 c. shredded cheese
Preparation

Mix ground beef, egg, milk, crumbs, salt and pepper.
Press half of the beef mixture in bottoms and halfway up sides of 12 ungreased 2 1/2 x 1 1/4-inch muffin cups.
Fill each with onion, green pepper and cheese.
Top with remaining beef mixture, pressing edges to seal.
Place muffin pan in ungreased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch jelly roll pan.
Cook, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven until done, 30 to 35 minutes.
