Carotte Blanchie(White Carrot) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 or 2 pkg. carrots, cut in dices
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

White Carrots:
Use the same Bechamel Sauce in Onion Pie recipe.
Substitute Parmesan cheese in place of Swiss cheese. Prepare sauce the same way.
Boil carrots, but do not cook thoroughly.
Drain carrots.
Place drained carrots in a baking dish.
Pour sauce over carrots.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes.
