Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
fat for skillet
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. finely diced celery
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
juice of 1/2 lemon
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Salt and pepper chops.
Brown in hot skillet with fat.
Place in shallow baking dish.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chops.
Cover and bake in 350\u00b0 oven about 1 hour or until chops are tender. M-M-M delicious.
