Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

salt and pepper
6 potatoes, cooked
2 c. grated cheese
1 medium onion, grated
1 can chicken soup
2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. margarine
Preparation

Peel and dice the potatoes.
Put half in a 9 x 15-inch pan with 1/2 onion and 1/2 the cheese.
In another pan, melt margarine.
Add chicken soup.
Remove from burner and add 1/2 on potato, onion and cheese.
Then add more potatoes, rest of cheese and onion and soup.
Add sour cream. Put pieces of butter on top and sprinkle with cornflakes on top.
Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
