Grilled Salmon - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            6 or 8 salmon steaks
 
1 c. olive oil
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. chopped shallots
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
freshly ground pepper
Preparation
- 
                            Combine ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
 
Arrange salmon steaks (or whole salmon) in glass baking dish.
Pour marinade over salmon and cover for 3 hours or longer.
Turn several times.
Wrap in heavy foil and grill (medium to low) for 8 to 10 minutes on each side.
Serve with mustard sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 cup mustard and 2 teaspoons horseradish (or to taste).
