Green Bean And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. green beans
    1 medium diced onion
    3 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 large potatoes, quartered and peeled
    2 strips bacon, diced
    1/2 stick butter
Preparation
    Cook green beans.
    Place bacon grease and onion in skillet. Saute until onions are slightly brown.
    Put in with beans.
    Add butter.
    Cook 1/2 hour longer.
    Add potatoes and cook 1/2 hour longer.
    Place in baking dish.
    Salt and pepper.
    Bake 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Top with crisp bacon.
    Serves 4.
