Pickle Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. water
    1 c. white vinegar
    3/4 c. coarse salt
Preparation
    Corn should be extra
    full.
    Cook on cob; cut off.
    Put in churn; pour salt
    water and vinegar mixture over corn until covered completely.
    Then
    cover
    corn
    with clean cloth, then weight down with 2 heavy plates.
    Let set for 2 weeks.
