Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (15 oz.) can corn
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) tomato soup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. hot mashed potatoes
Preparation
    Crumble ground beef and onion, microwave on High 4 to 6 minutes or until meat loses its pink color.
    Drain.
    Stir in soup, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
    Spread evenly in a casserole dish.
    Spread corn on top of meat mixture.
    Spoon mounds of potatoes over corn.
    Microwave 5 to 7 minutes or until casserole is hot.
    Top with cheese.
    Microwave 2 to 3 1/2 minutes until cheese melts, rotating dish after half of cooking time.
    Let stand 3 minutes before serving.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
    Cooking time: 17 minutes.
