Spanish Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pork chops
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 can water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in frypan.
    Sprinkle rice over chops.
    Cover with tomatoes and water; add seasoning.
    Cover and cook slowly for 1 hour.
