Pasta And Cheese Toss - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. Prestigio elbows
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. ham, sliced
    1/2 heavy cream
    1 egg yolk
    1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
    1/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/4 c. pimentos
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook pasta according to package directions.
    In large skillet, brown ham in butter.
    Remove from heat.
    Add cream, egg yolk, cheeses and paprika.
    Blend until smooth.
    Toss pasta and pimentos with sauce over medium heat.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
