Almond-Green Pepper Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. soft bread crumbs (whole wheat)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. minced onion
    2 tsp. parsley
    2 G. W.
    1 c. ground almonds
    3/4 c. green pepper, diced
    1 1/2 Tbsp. oatmeal
    4 Tbsp. tomato sauce
    1 c. milk
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Place in 1 1/2-quart oiled casserole.
    Bake, covered, for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0. Uncover last 10 minutes to brown on top.
