Touchdown Tacos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef or turkey
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco mix
    4 green onions, chopped
    8 taco shells or soft tortillas
    2 c. shredded lettuce
    1 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    salsa
Preparation
    Cook meat in large skillet over medium-high heat until brown, stirring to crumble.
    Drain fat from pan.
    Add rice, taco seasoning and green onions.
    Stir until well blended and thoroughly heated, about 5 minutes.
    Fill taco shells with the rice and beef mixture.
    Top each taco with lettuce, cheese and salsa.
    Makes 4 servings.
