Petite Cheese Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box vanilla wafers
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (16 oz.) can pie filling
Preparation
    Place cupcake papers in small muffin tins.
    Put 1 vanilla wafer in bottom and fill 2/3 full with mix of remaining ingredients.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 20 to 25 minutes.
    Let cool in tin.
    Top with 1 tablespoon of either blueberry or cherry pie filling.
