Ingredients

3 thick slices bread (2 or 3 days old)
2 eggs
1/2 c. cream
pinch of salt
dash of nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
few drops Kitchen-Klatter almond flavoring
Preparation

Cut the bread diagonally to make 6 triangles.
In a bowl, beat the eggs until light and frothy.
Add the cream, salt, nutmeg and flavorings.
Soak the bread, a piece at a time, so that they absorb the egg-cream mixture thoroughly.
