Peanut Crunch Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shredded cabbage
    1/2 c. finely cut celery
    1/4 c. commercial sour cream
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped cucumber
    1/4 c. salted peanuts, coarsely chopped
Preparation
    Toss cabbage and celery together.
    Chill.
    Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, salt, onion green pepper and cucumber.
    Chill.
    Just before serving, toss chilled vegetables with dressing.
    Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top.
    Serve.
