Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 can pineapple rings, drained (save juice)
    10 maraschino cherries, cut in half
    3 eggs, separated
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    5 Tbsp. pineapple juice
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Melt margarine and brown sugar; pour into 9 x 13-inch pan. Place sliced pineapple and cherries on top.
    Beat 3 egg yolks; add sugar, flour, salt, baking powder and pineapple juice.
    Fold in 3 beaten egg whites.
    Pour over pineapple and cherries.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Cool, then turn out on cookie sheet.
