Humus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. raw chickpeas
3 cloves garlic
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. fresh (packed parsley)
lots of black pepper
dash of cayenne
1/4 c. scallions or onions
dash of tamari
Preparation

Blend it all gradually and correct seasonings to your taste. If you need to add a bit of reserved liquid to make it blend, do so.
Excellent with veggies or crackers.
