Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices bread cubes
    2 c. leftover chicken
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. Miracle Whip
    1 can mushroom soup
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    4 slices bread (for the top)
Preparation
    Combine bread cubes, chicken, onion, celery, mayonnaise and seasonings.
    Trim the
    4
    slices
    of bread and lay on top. Combine eggs and
    milk
    and
    pour
    over bread. Spoon soup over this.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour, putting cheese on top the last 15 minutes. Cut in squares and serve.
