Tartar Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion
    12 green peppers
    12 red bell peppers
    12 green tomatoes
    1 c. flour
    2 c. vinegar
    2 c. sugar
    1 (2 oz.) jar mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Grind and drain onion, green peppers, red bell peppers and tomatoes.
    Add flour, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt and celery seed.
    Cook all ingredients together for 30 minutes. Remove from heat. Add last, 1-quart mayonnaise to the cooked ingredients and mix well. Seal in hot sterile jars (pint).
