Every Day Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 c. milk
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
    2 beaten eggs
    1/4 c. grated onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sage
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Soak bread crumbs in milk; add meat, eggs, onion and seasonings.
    Mix well.
    Top with Piquant Sauce (following).
    Put in shallow loaf pan and bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Better if it sits a while before eating.
