Beef Porcupines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. quick cooking rice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    4 c. tomato juice
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
Preparation
    Mix ground beef and rice.
    Stir in salt, black pepper, celery salt, green pepper, grated onion and garlic.
    Form into 18 small meat balls.
    Pour tomato juice into large skillet.
    Add cloves, Worcestershire sauce and sugar.
    Mix well and add meat balls. Cover and simmer over low heat 30 to 40 minutes or until rice is tender throughout.
