Beef Brisket In Beer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. beef brisket
    1 onion, sliced
    1/4 c. chili sauce
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (12 oz.) can (1 1/2 c.) beer
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Trim excess fat from brisket.
    Season with salt and pepper. Place meat in 13 x 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
    Cover with onion slices.
    In bowl, combine chili sauce, brown sugar, garlic and beer; pour over meat.
    Cover with foil.
