Chicken Enchilada - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken turkey breast or pieces, cooked
1 pkg. frozen tortillas (12)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken broth
1 can whole green chilies (not hot), open, remove seeds, chop fine
1 onion, chopped fine
grated Longhorn cheese
Preparation

Soften all tortillas in chicken broth.
Place 6 tortillas in bottom of oblong pan.
Sprinkle very lightly with salt.
Mix cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, balance of chicken broth, cheese, onion and chilies.
Then layer in pan the tortillas, chicken, soup mixture and repeat.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
