Peanut Butter Oaties - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. (1 stick) butter or margarine
1/2 c. creamy or chunky style peanut butter
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. quick or old fashioned uncooked rolled oats
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
Preparation

Cream together butter, peanut butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar.
Blend in egg and vanilla.
In another bowl, combine the rolled oats, flour and soda.
Blend into creamed mixture thoroughly.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 11 minutes or just until edges are golden brown. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet.
Remove onto cooling rack.
