Keith'S Kentucky Pulled Pork - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 or 7 lb. fresh pork shoulder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. sage
1 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. red pepper
1/2 tsp. MSG
4 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. paprika
Preparation
-
Mix all the spices together and hand rub the shoulder on both sides!
Make sure you use all the mix.
Pour the rest on top if left over.
