Hot Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 hot green peppers
3 large green peppers
1/3 c. water
3 c. cider vinegar
4 lb. sugar
2 bottles or 4 lb. Certo
green and red food coloring
Preparation

Dice all peppers.
Combine with water.
Put in blender and mix.
Add peppers to vinegar and sugar and bring to rapid boil for 4 minutes only, using a very large pot since this tends to be very hot and may boil over.
Remove from heat and add Certo and food coloring.
Pour into containers and freeze.
