Simply Super Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium tomatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch slices
    2/3 c. oil
    1/4 c. wine vinegar
    1/4 c. finely chopped fresh parsley
    1/4 c. finely chopped green onions
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dill weed
    1 tsp. basil leaves
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Arrange tomatoes in serving dish.
    In small bowl or jar with tight-fitting lid, combine remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Pour dressing over tomato slices.
    Chill.
    Makes 6 servings.
