Parmesan Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 cloves chopped garlic
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. sliced zucchini
    2 c. whole canned tomatoes
    1/2 tsp. cracked basil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. cracked oregano
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in oil.
    Add tomatoes, zucchini, oregano, basil, salt and pepper.
    Simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
    Serve over fettucini.
