Chicken Diablo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) chicken fryer, cut up
    1/2 c. honey
    1 tsp. curry powder
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Wash chicken pieces and pat dry; remove skin if desired.
    Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Roll chicken in butter mixture to coat both sides. Arrange, meaty side up, in a single layer in same pan.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until chicken is tender and richly glazed. Serve with rice.
    Makes 4 servings.
