Rho Rho'S Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 1/2 c. bread flour (plain)
1/3 c. sugar
2 pkg. active dry yeast
2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 c. warm water (120~)
3/4 c. oil
2 c. whole wheat flour
nonstick coating
Preparation

In a large bowl, mix 3 cups flour, sugar, yeast and salt. Stir together eggs, water and oil; add to flour mixture.
Beat with mixer for 1/2 minute, scraping bowl.
Beat with mixer for 3 minutes on high.
Using a spoon, stir in rest of flour.
Put in a large bowl and refrigerate for 2 to 24 hours.
Stir dough down and let rest for 10 minutes.
Shape rolls and let rise for 40 to 60 minutes.
Bake at 375\u00b0 about 25 minutes.
