Vegetable Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 carrots
    1 cucumber
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 oz. cream cheese
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Grind vegetables and strain.
    Press out all juice.
    Mix with nuts.
    Mix with cream cheese and mayonnaise.
    Will spread 1 loaf bread.
    Refrigerate.
    Will keep for days.
