Applesauce Muffins - cooking recipe

2 c. biscuit mix
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. applesauce
1/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation

Combine biscuit mix, 1/4 cup of sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon in a large bowl; make a well in center of mixture. Combine egg, applesauce, milk and oil in a small bowl.
Add applesauce mixture to dry mixture, stirring just until moistened. Spoon batter into greased muffin pans, filling 2/3 full.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
