Corned Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sliced potatoes
    1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
    1/3 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Spread potatoes evenly over bottom of well-greased baking dish.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Break corned beef into fairly large pieces.
    Spread over potatoes.
    Combine soup and water; blend thoroughly and heat in saucepan over low heat to boiling point.
    Stir constantly.
    Pour over meat and potatoes. Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
    Serve while piping hot.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
